Thank you for shopping at Misano Watch Co.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned or exchanged for a different product or refund within 7 days of the original delivery of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product, subject to the products availability.

To be eligible for an exchange of product or refund, please make sure that:

The product was delivered in the last 7 days

The product is in its original packaging

The product isn't used or damaged

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a return in exchange or refund.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating which product you want to receive in exchange or if you would like a refund instead, to:

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping, the sales taxes and the customs and duty fees and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Misano Watch Co.

For US orders, you are responsible for paying the appropriate sales tax and shipping fees applied at checkout.

For international orders, you are responsible for paying the shipping fees at checkout as well as any customs duties and taxes necessary upon receipt of the goods. The customs duties and taxes are not included in the cost at checkout, these fees will only be known upon entry into the recipient country and it is the buyers responsibility to cover these fees.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
